How long after I pay for an order can I view the shipment status?
In most cases, we will complete the production and ship the goods within 48 hours after the order is paid. You can use the tracking number to check the shipment status once the order status becomes "Shipped".
How can I view the shipment status?
Via Link: After completing a purchase, customers receive an email or SMS with a link to the order status page.
With Customer Account: Customers with a Shopify account can log in and navigate to their account to find their order status page.
What should I do if the shipping has not been updated for a long time?
If the shipment status of your product has not been updated for more than 20 days, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. sacredchaosworld@gmail.com
Remote areas or APO/FPO/DPO addresses: Orders going to U.S. military addresses are shipped via USPS and may take 10-20 business days for delivery, even though they are considered “U.S.” addresses.
